1.- There is no minimum period for delivery of vehicles to the airport, but the minimum charge is for 3 days. If you would like to have the car delivered to your Hotel or apartment , the minimum period of rental must be 7 days, or you can pay a delivery fee of 20 euro. If you would like the car delivered to the area of Soller there will be a supplement of 36.00 Euro.
2.- Delivery to the Airport is possible 24 hours a day. Between the hours of 22,00 to 08,00 there is a surcharge for “night-delivery” of 18,50 Euro. Delivery and return of vehicles is only possible to Palma Airport.
3.- At the time of reservation you will be asked to pay reservation deposit of 20% of the full rental price for the period you wish to reserve or you can do a full payment and this will entitle you to receive a discount. If you choose the deposit only solution , you must then accept the balance being taken on your credit card 5 days before the rental starts . Groups CC to KK must be paid fully 4 weeks before rental starts.
4.- If the vehicle is returned later than the agreed hour which will be
stated on the rental contract, there will be a surcharge of 10,00 Euro. P/hr.
5.- Only named drivers have the right to drive the car. If you wish to have more than one driver on the contract there will be a surcharge.
6.- We Will deliver if it has been pre-booked at time of reservation Baby seats and booster seats to all vehicles.
7.- All cars have third party insurance included in the price.
8.- CDW. ( Collision Damage Waiver ) + TP ( Theft Protection ) . The cars in the groups A-K have an excess specified for each group from 300.00 to 700.00 Euro, subject to an CDW + TP excess as outlined in our general rental conditions.
9.- TP ( Theft Protection ) Theft of the vehicle is covered ,if the client returns the vehicle key to the office , if the key is not returned , the client must cover the marked value of the vehicle , subject to an TP excess as outlined in our general rental conditions.
10.- Not Covered: Theft of objects inside the vehicle, damages to the undercarriage of the vehicle , rims and tyres, loss of keys ,windows and outside mirrovws , damage to the interior of the vehicle ,including excessive soiling ( outside normal wear and tear ).
11.- If the renter is involved in an accident, the renter will not
automatically be offered a substitute car, but an evaluation will be made in each separate case by the rental company.
12.- The cars are always delivered with a full tank of fuel.
You have the following options:
..1.- Chose to pay for the fuel and
return the vehicle empty. There is no refund for unused petrol.
..2.- Return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel.
If you choose the second option and the vehicle does not have the same amount of fuel on returning , you will be charged the same amount of litres petrol missing times 2.
13.- Cancellation: A reservation can be cancelled prior to 4 weeks before agreed delivery date , without loss of deposit/full payment . However , if the reservation is cancelled after 4 weeks before the agreed delivery date then there will be a charge of 20 % of the full rental price. If the reservation is cancelled 48 hours before delivery , the full rental price has to be paid.
14.- The company rents Cars by groups ,It is not possible to choose a specific model in the group. The cars shown on the web page only represent the size and model type of the vehicle.
15. Minimum age of the drivers are 19 years. On the group cc 23 years and the groups DD to HHX, 25 years.
